Origin

1980

Established in 1981, CCW is a garment manufacturer specializing in women/men’s knit garments for the global market. During the prosperity of the traditional garment industry in the 1980’s, CCW founder Mr. Tony Wu and Mrs. Wu came up to the north from Douliu of Yunlin to seek a business opportunity. With Mrs. Wu’s tailoring skills and Mr. Wu’s talent in doing the business, they managed to establish CrystalClear Wealth Limited (CCW). Today, the company already has over 30 years of history.

Under Mr. Wu’s leadership, the company quickly developed: only in few years, the company’s business started to grow steadily and it even had over 500 staffs in its prime. Besides, not only was the company’s annual revenue over tens of millions of US dollars, but also it offered many employment opportunities to local people.

1990

Following the transformation of world economics, the labor cost in Taiwan continued to increase. As the garment industry is a traditional labor-intensive business, it therefore started to go down and many of other companies gradually moved their production lines to the countries with lower labor cost. To respond to the world trend and based on his philosophy of “Vision of the World, Foothold in Taiwan”, Chairman Wu insisted on expanding the company’s production lines and business map to have a sustainable operation and to fulfill the company’s social responsibilities.

2000
After visiting and investigating many countries, CCW made the final decision was set the company’s heaquarter in Taiwan and factories in overseas. In 2001, the first overseas factory was eatablished in Jordan. In 2004, another factory was built in the mainland of China. Later in 2007, the third factory was set in Vietnam and the company’s expansion plan of production line still carries on.

Future
Insisting on providing the best product and service quality, CCW has steadily expanded its business with the trust and support of its customers. Nevertheless, CCW is not satisfied with its role of being a garment manufacturer. To respond to the future trend and the global pulse, CCW not only trained its own technical people, but also integrated its information system and established the design and R&D department with an expectation of providing customers a fast and high quality service.
